Drug Discovery Biologist
Description
The candidate would manage a team of biologists and be responsible for:- discovery biology, including target identification, validation and contribution to optimisation of small molecule modulators of those targets- in vivo pharmacology.
Profile
The candidate would preferably have ‘CSO skills’ in inflammation and hence, an in depth knowledge of immunology and inflammation physiology and pharmacology is highly desirable.He/she should have at least 5 years of relevant experience with the drug discovery process preferably gained in a Pharma or Biotech environment. A proven track record of effectively managing teams and research projects is essential.
